Role Overview
The company is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years' experience with experience in building enclosure and roofing to work on existing and new construction projects in the Greater Chicagoland area. This opportunity is for someone who wants to receive exposure to a variety of different skills and learn from some of the best in the industry, as well as a highly motivated self-starter who wants autonomy over their work calendar.
Roles and Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in the building envelope field required, experience in new construction specifically K12 projects is a bonus
- Bachelor's in architecture, architectural engineering or other related degrees is preferable
- Licensure is preferred, relevant experience in associated industries will be considered
- Lead technical project execution, including investigation, troubleshooting, and detailing of building envelope systems.
- Oversee fieldwork and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as the subject-matter expert.
- Manage project scoping, team assembly, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business growth.
