Position Title: Civil Project Manager - Site Development
Location: Denver, Colorado
Salary: $120-150k
Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a motivated Civil Project Manager to join their Denver team with a focus on civil/site development projects. This role is a mix of client management, project delivery, and leadership. You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver land development projects while fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee civil/site development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to meet their project goals.
- Lead the design of site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management plans.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and proposals.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado
- 8+ years of experience in civil/site development, including project management responsibilities.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
- Strong understanding of site development regulations, permitting processes, and design standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain strong team and client relationships.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
