About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing on the intersection of technical construction, commercial management, and finance. This role is critical for managing high-stakes projects, including EPC, interconnection, offtake agreements, and project finance. The ideal candidate will have the acumen and capabilities to partner with our finance team and lead key stakeholders, including lending partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the mid-stage development and execution of the project, ensuring effective stakeholder management and project delivery.
- Manage solar, BESS, and utility scale wind projects
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and finance teams to ensure project success.
- Lead and coordinate with powerful utilities and other critical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4-5 years in the renewables sector or with an Independent Power Producer (IPP).
- Previous experience in construction or a different industry is beneficial, particularly if it includes mid to early-stage development and execution.
- Strong understanding of EPC, interconnection, offtake agreements, and project finance.
- Proven ability to manage high-value projects and lead diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
