- Organizes Construction Projects: Accepts new projects, completes documentation, analyzes timelines, collaborates with teams.
- Hires Electrical Subcontractors: Reviews bids, communicates with Sales, maintains documentation, enforces contracts.
- Directs Electrical Subcontractors: Reviews project details, communicates timelines, ensures proper installation, verifies documentation.
- Orders Project Material: Completes requisitions, coordinates with panel builders, schedules deliveries, communicates with customers.
- Bills Construction Projects: Collaborates with Administration, coordinates billing with customers.
- Communicates Project Information: Updates teams on progress, documents site visits, attends meetings, manages changes.
- Completes Construction Projects: Assists with start-up assignments, coordinates modifications, prepares close-out documentation.
- Achieves Financial Objectives: Reviews labor cost reports, initiates corrective actions.
- Maintains Industry Knowledge: Attends workshops, reviews publications, stays updated on installation methods and project management.
- Mentors Junior Project Managers: Assists in recruiting and training, shares knowledge.
- Provides Quality Control: Enforces safety requirements, ensures proper commissioning, verifies task completion.
- Contributes to Team Effort: Leads by example, maintains a positive attitude, attends progress meetings.
- Willingness to Travel: Understands the importance of high-profile customers and urgency.
