Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. This role involves managing large-scale commercial projects, primarily in healthcare, higher education, and high-end boardroom installations. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and on-budget completion, and maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AV installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and engineering teams to ensure project specifications are accurate and achievable.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects stay within scope.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide on-site management as needed, especially for project launches.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, aligning with the company's family-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D).
- Provide training and development support for team members to help them achieve certifications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the AV or structured cabling industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed, primarily within Western PA.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D) are a plus; support for obtaining these certifications will be provided.
