Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Executive to oversee large mixed-use multifamily projects in Miami. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead diverse teams to success. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of large mixed-use multifamily projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams.

Qualifications:
