Position: Project Engineer
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Salary: $85,000- $110,000 + Bonus(s)

Job Description:
As a Project Engineer, you will assist the project management team in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials for construction projects
- Review and process RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Provide technical support to the field and project teams as needed
- Assist with project closeout, including final inspections and preparing as-built documentation
Experience Needed:
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and construction documents
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects preferred
- Understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and procurement processes
- Previous experience with safety protocols and quality assurance practices is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, or similar project management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Ability to travel to job sites as required
