We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our client's team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of architectural experience, hold a valid architectural license, and be proficient in Revit. This role involves overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and client satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to develop project briefs and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and communication.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in Revit and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
