Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys and prepare accurate survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions.
- Perform boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Utilize surveying instruments and software to collect and analyze data.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Supervise and mentor survey technicians and field crews.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of survey activities.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying.
