Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the mechanical production department.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
- Ensure all production activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for senior management.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of materials and components.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or a General Superintendent in a mechanical construction
