Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the structural engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for structural engineering projects.
Oversee the design and analysis of structural systems for a variety of building types and projects.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.

Collaborate with other disciplines and project stakeholders to achieve integrated project delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building projects.
Extensive experience in project management and leading engineering teams.
Strong technical expertise in structural design and analysis.
