Principal Project Manager
Base Salary: $155,000-180,000
Join San Diego's premier multi-disciplinary land development team as their Principal Project Manager. The team works on a range of residential, health care, hospitality, education, recreation, and military projects. This role would provide an experienced civil project manager a wealth of administrative, design, and support resources to service their current business connections as well as apply their skillset to the company's existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and engineering construction documents
- Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects
- Develop the local and regional client-base for the land development discipline
- Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.
- Prepare and present technical reports and project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- PE License in California
- 12+ years of relevant experience
