Job Description: As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. Your ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate training sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee queries.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
