Principal EIA Consultant (Lead) - Open to Relocation - Based in Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations, growth, and profitability of Singapore EIA & EPA business.
- Drive business development efforts to secure new EIA & EPA projects.
- Initiate, design, develop, execute, and implement projects in collaboration with other offices across Southeast Asia and beyond.
- Lead project teams to deliver solutions to complex technical challenges and manage client relationships.
- Mentor and manage the professional development of the ESG team, implement formal quality assurance processes, and assist with staff appraisals.
Requirements:
- 12+ years' experience in a local and/or international consultancy
- Significant experience in EIA to Singapore government standards, ESIA to IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles, environmental baseline studies, pollution control, numerical modeling, and related technical disciplines is preferred. International experience is a plus.
This position will be based in the Singapore office
