As the demand for renewable energy grows, our client is expanding its team to enhance project execution and efficiency. They are seeking a PMO Assistant with a strong background in Primavera P6 planning to support the Project Management Office (PMO) team in internal coordination and project scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the PMO team in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using Primavera P6.
Support project execution by tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Communicate and coordinate internally with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to facilitate project progress.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for project status updates and decision-making.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning in collaboration with the PMO team.
Analyze project data and provide insights to optimize project schedules and resource allocation.
Support in reporting project performance and identifying potential bottlenecks to improve workflow efficiency.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and company processes in project planning and execution.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in project planning/scheduling, ideally in the offshore wind or cable manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of project scheduling principles and resource allocation.
Excellent internal communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with various departments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
