We are seeking a Plumbing Engineer/Designer with a minimum of 4 years experience. This role is ideal for someone with a background in building consulting engineering, whether as a project designer, engineer, or project manager. Senior Plumbing Engineers/Designers with experience mentoring a team are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed design tasks.
- Expertise in plumbing design for healthcare, institutional, and educational facilities.
- Perform 3D Revit and 2D CAD work.
- Receives project assignments from the firm's Principals, Senior Associates/Associates or Senior Engineers/Project Managers.
- Identify and address problems quickly and seeks advice from senior staff when necessary.
- Complete project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, surveys, code studies, and construction administration as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in current Building Codes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude is essential.
