3. Water/Wastewater Acumen: Understanding complex water treatment methods as well as wastewater disposal techniques essential for public health preservation
4. Advanced Stormwater Handling Abilities: Innovatively addressing rain runoff challenges using modern strategies thus mitigating flood risks effectively
5. Drainage Design Proficiency: Crafting efficient drainage plans preventing property damage due to excess water accumulation

Requirements:
-Professional Engineering License in Michigan (P.E)
-Driver's license.
-Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent.
-Master's Degree (optional)
