Job Title: Travelling MEP Superintendent - Data Center Construction Project
Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 plus per diem AND travel incentive bonus

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travelling MEP Superintendent to join the data center construction team with this General Contractor. The candidate will oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of hyper-scale data center construction projects in Columbus, Ohio, working on a facility that has over 10 years worth of work locked in already.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all MEP construction activities on-site.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project time-lines and budgets are met.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with plans and specifications.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
Report project status and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP construction, within the data center sector.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects valued over $150M
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within data centers.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to varying project demands.
