Procurement Manager - Medical Equipment Planning (Remote)
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Planning: Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute procurement strategies for new construction and renovation projects.

- Equipment Selection: Assist in identifying and selecting the most appropriate medical equipment based on project needs, specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Budget Management: Monitor procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchases without compromising quality.
- Project Coordination: Partner with internal teams and clients to align procurement timelines with project milestones.

- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed records of purchase orders, vendor agreements, and project procurement progress.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in medical equipment for healthcare construction or renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment vendors, products, and pricing structures.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with healthcare systems, design teams, or contractors on facility planning projects.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
