Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Valuation Managing Director to lead their valuation team in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in valuation, a proven track record of generating significant revenue, and strong leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth and ensure the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the valuation team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate a minimum of $2 million in revenue over a 12-month period.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed valuation reports for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and insights.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business development and client retention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in valuation or related fields.
- Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
