About the Role
As a Senior Live Events Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of live events, ensuring every aspect is executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. You will serve as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring project success through meticulous management and exceptional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of live event production, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, creative) and external partners to ensure alignment and quality in all deliverables.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and partners to secure essential resources and services for successful event execution.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to address them.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed project plans, schedules, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Technical Expertise: Provide guidance and support to both clients and team members throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Innovation & Leadership: Attend meetings and contribute strategic insights to enhance the quality and impact of live event solutions.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3+ years in project management within the live events production industry, with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
