A leading real estate investment firm is seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to spearhead acquisitions, underwriting, and operational strategy across multiple product types, including multifamily, industrial, and office assets. This is a high-level, strategic role for a seasoned real estate professional with proven deal-closing experience and a well-rounded background in acquisitions and operations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead acquisition strategies for diverse product types across multiple markets.
- Oversee underwriting, due diligence, and deal structuring for large-scale investments.
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape and execute long-term investment goals.
- Identify growth opportunities in key markets, with a focus on multifamily, industrial, and office properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with capital partners, brokers, and industry leaders.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and operations.
- Proven track record of closing large-scale real estate transactions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with multi-asset experience (multifamily, industrial, office).
- Ability to travel weekly and work flexibly in the Southeast, with Atlanta as a key hub.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
