Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee land development projects from conception through completion, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Lead design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance on civil engineering design, site development, and permitting processes.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimise performance.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida (Required).
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in land development.
- Strong knowledge of site design, permitting, stormwater management, grading, and utilities.
- Proven leadership experience in managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, drainage analysis software, and other industry-standard tools.
