Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through project life cycles, ensuring compliance with time-lines and budgets.
- Perform site evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk analyses to guide project strategy.
- Prepare, review, and approve engineering plans, reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with local government agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in land development engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS software, and stormwater modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of permitting processes, zoning regulations, and Florida land use laws.
