Key Responsibilities
As the Land Development Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead and Manage: Oversee daily operations of the Tampa branch, including project delivery, staff management, and business development.
- Project Oversight: Ensure the successful completion of residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects, meeting quality, budget, and time line expectations.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community leaders to secure new business opportunities.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and support staff.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand the branch's market presence and profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in civil engineering, with a focus on land development projects.
- Proven track record in project management, business development, and team leadership.
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of land development processes, including site design, permitting, and regulatory compliance in Florida.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, etc.).
- Leadership Skills:
- Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
