Project Manager - Industrial/Heavy Civil Projects
Salary: $135,000- $175,000 + Bonus(s) and Employee Ownership

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of Industrial and Heavy Civil projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Experience Needed:
- Proven experience managing Industrial or Heavy Civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
- Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Industrial or Heavy Civil sectors.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local and federal construction regulations and safety standards.
