We are seeking a motivated and experienced Staff Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Santa Ana, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geotechnical investigations and site assessments.
- Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater conditions.
- Prepare geotechnical reports and recommendations.
- Design foundations, retaining walls, and other geotechnical structures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
- Perform field inspections and oversee construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software and tools.
