LVI have partnered with a company who have nearly 50 years of experience in the residential engineering, construction, and insurance sectors, they began their journey with major multinational corporations. However, they soon realized that a personal touch and top-tier service were better suited to this industry. This belief led them to remain a small firm, with a fully invested management team, each member holding ownership in the company.
While other firms in this space are being acquired by private equity firms and pursuing aggressive growth, they have chosen a more conservative approach. They focus on careful growth and selective hiring, understanding that their reputation has been key to their success and will continue to drive them forward in this highly competitive market.
