Finance & Accounting Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join a dynamic team in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Review: Oversee and review all accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Tax Filing: Manage and coordinate tax filing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all tax returns.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on accounting review, tax filing, and financial statement preparation.
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations in Taiwan.
- SAP implementation and execution
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
