Finance & Accounting Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Manager to oversee and enhance financial operations. This critical role will ensure accurate financial reporting, strategic budget planning, and compliance with tax regulations, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

• Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

• Budget Planning:

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report variances, providing actionable insights for performance improvement.

• Tax Compliance:

  • Oversee tax filings, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Manage tax audits and liaise with external consultants when necessary.

• Financial Controls:

  • Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

• Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
  • Provide training and support to enhance team capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• [5+] years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar managerial role.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting principles.
