Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a strategic vision for land survey projects, aligning with organizational goals and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating to define project objectives and delivering exceptional service.
- Contractual Mastery: Lead negotiations and establish solid contractual relationships with clients, securing signed agreements before project initiation.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project finances, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and adherence to budgets, ensuring financial success and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the survey team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed surveyor in a relevant state
