Company Summary: A leading EPC of Utility Scale PV + BESS is looking to grow their dynamic team! With 5GW+ of solar+energy storage projects, the team is looking to bring on a remote Director of Engineering to support their continuously growing pipeline!
Responsibilities:
- Mentor, lead, and guide a team of engineers
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution
- Create and foster a collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering - Electrical or Mechanical
- PE License in Electrical preferred
- 8+ years experience in engineering
- Experience working on Utility Scale Solar and/or BESS projects
- Track record of success managing projects to completion
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
