Job Title: Assistant Department Manager Geotechnical Engineer

What You'll Do:
- Lead and collaborate with teams to bring in and execute projects.
- Develop and mentor staff while expanding market presence.
- Oversee and guide CMT/geotechnical engineering teams.
- Manage both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical projects.
- Conduct senior-level reviews and prepare geotechnical reports.
- Engage in client and business development, supporting marketing efforts.
- Show a strong interest in marketing and business development.
What We're Looking For:
- BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
- 10-15 years of technical and managerial experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Salary Range:
- $130,000 - $175,000
