The position is for a DeltaV Systems Specialist in Dallas, Texas, but please note prior DeltaV experience is not absolutely necessary as full training and development is offered. Responsibilities:
As our new DeltaV Systems Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support on all aspects of automation systems
- Managing complex projects from conception through completion
- Developing control strategies based on customer requirements
- Configuring DCS/PLC/HMI equipment
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role you must have at least 5 years experience working with industrial process controls including but not limited to Automation, Instrumentation & Controls.
Additional qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical engineering or related field
- Experience programming PLCs (Allen Bradley), SCADA applications (Ignition) and HMI interfaces
- Ability to read P&IDs; knowledge of ISA codes
Salary Expectations:
The successful candidate can expect an annual salary package of $100k-140k along with comprehensive benefits packages such as bonuses, medical insurance coverage, dental plan, paid time off, sick leave etc.
