Position: Construction Inspector
Location: Naples, FL
Salary: $90,000-$130,000

Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction inspection, preferably in water/waste water and/or FDOT projects.
- Proficient understanding of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
- Experience with interpreting engineering plans, specifications, and construction contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to construction sites.
- Experience with construction documentation, including daily reports, progress photographs, and as-built drawings.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology for construction management and inspection.
Qualifications Needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Certification as a Construction Inspector by a recognized authority (e.g., ACI, NICET, ICC) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with project stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
