This position is specifically for their Virginia Beach (VA) service department. Filling this position you will lead all service operations for the space. Some key responsibilities below.
Some key responsibilities:
- Run and manage operations of the service department, working with contractors, project managers, superintendents and estimators to see through projects from inception to completion.
- Schedule and oversee roofing crews to service tickets as they come in throughout the day.
- Estimate / Project Manage service tickets, ensuring accurate pricing and swift project completion.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, leveraging networking and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and actively participate in industry organizations.
- Assist in the growth of office in terms of revenue, involving the scale of existing accounts as well as new.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the commercial roofing market (3+ years minimum)
- Excellent time management skills, critical for maintaining a fluid service division.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
