Job Title: Civil Project Manager

Salary: $100,000- $125,000 + Bonus(s)

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Experience Needed:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing civil infrastructure projects.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMP certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
