Job Description:
We have a current opportunity for a Civil & Geomatic Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering and geomatic activities, ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee civil engineering and geomatic projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site surveys and geomatic assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and geomatics management.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and geomatic techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
