Our client, a leader in the construction and building industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Enclosure Office Lead for their Texas office. This role is pivotal, involving the management of building enclosure projects and providing expert litigation support. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and litigation experience to drive success and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Department Leadership: Manage and lead the building enclosure department, ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects.
Litigation Expertise: Provide litigation support and expert testimony in cases related to building enclosure systems, including thorough documentation and analysis.
Project Management: Oversee and evaluate building enclosure designs, specifications, and construction documents.
Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive project execution.
Quality Control: Implement and uphold quality assurance protocols to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in building enclosure design and construction, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Litigation Proficiency: Proven experience in litigation support, including providing expert testimony and handling construction defect cases.
