LVI Associates is seeking a Mid-Level Building Enclosure Consultant on behalf of our client to join their Building Envelope Practice in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in building enclosure consulting and be a licensed professional. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of building envelope projects, including design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with senior consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable building solutions.
- Conduct building envelope assessments and diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our services remain cutting-edge.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and professional organizations to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in building enclosure consulting.
- Licensed professional (PE, RA, or equivalent).
