- Identify and resolve technical issues related to building automation systems promptly.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Educate clients on the operation and maintenance of building automation systems.

- Conduct system testing to verify proper operation and compliance with design specifications.
- Optimize building automation systems for energy efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building automation systems.
- Familiarity with industry-standard protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) and integration methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in testing and documentation.
- Relevant certifications in building automation or related fields are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
