Job Title: Project Manager - Bridge

Position Overview: Seeking an experienced bridge engineer to oversee and manage bridge construction and rehabilitation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in bridge design and construction, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities related to bridge projects.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and fee justifications.
- Work Plan Creation: Develop detailed project work plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, review cost sheets, and prepare monthly invoices.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any project-related questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge project management.
- Strong knowledge of bridge design and construction practices.
