We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bridge Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of bridge design and rehabilitation projects while collaborating with a talented group of professionals to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bridge design and rehabilitation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Prepare and oversee the development of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist with business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and standards in bridge engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in bridge design and project management.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
- Familiarity with ODOT standards, policies, and procedures.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing project teams and coordinating with clients.
