Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager with over 5 years of architectural experience for a full-time, in-office role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and self-driven. Project types include automotive, data centers, retail, office, and interiors. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Principals to communicate conceptual designs and maintain project documentation throughout all phases of construction.
Prepare Bid Documents and coordinate with clients and contractors during Bid and Construction phases.
Oversee Construction Administration, including contractor communication, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and issuing design changes.
Liaise with Authorities Having Jurisdiction to secure necessary approvals.
Engage with clients regularly throughout all project stages.
Coordinate with vendors and engineering consultants during both Design and Construction phases.
Ensure effective project management and coordination with all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the production of Construction Documents.
At least 3 years' experience managing projects during the Construction Phase.
Extensive experience coordinating with engineering consultants.
Proven ability to interface successfully with clients.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and advanced experience with the Adobe suite.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
Experience implementing and communicating client design standards is preferred.
Education:
Architectural degree required.
Licensure preferred but not mandatory.
