Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Asbestos Technician to join our team in Long Beach. The ideal candidate will bring over 2 years of hands-on experience in performing asbestos, lead, and mold surveys. If you have a passion for environmental safety and possess a CSST certification for asbestos surveys, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive asbestos, lead, and mold surveys in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Collect and analyze samples using industry-standard methods and protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for remediation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide expert advice and updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in asbestos, lead, and mold surveying.
- CSST certification for asbestos surveys is required.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
