Description: We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects in our Water Resources Client Service Group, including water treatment plants, distribution systems, wastewater facilities, stormwater management, and more. This role will involve both technical and client management leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise associates and subconsultants, manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, ensure client satisfaction, and report budget variances.
- Communicate regularly with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and project plans.
- Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment and mentor associates.
- Attend networking events and conferences for business development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Certifications: PE, RLA, PS, AICP, or similar.
- Experience: 10+ years, with 4+ years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and industry software. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
