A well-established engineering firm is seeking a mid-level Structural Engineer to join its dynamic Structural Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of relevant experience in the design of large commercial structures with construction costs of $25 million and above.
The firm is looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong energy level who thrives in a collaborative team environment, serving clients on major projects across the United States and internationally. Technical expertise, initiative, and a proactive approach to meeting client and project needs are highly valued.
Clients include architects, developers, institutions, and contractors. Beyond technical skills, the ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong, customer-focused mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial building design
- Proven career growth with experience contributing to design teams on various building types
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis
- P.E. license required
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-service oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
