Senior Structural Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Structural Project Engineer or Structural Project Manager with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. This role offers the chance to lead projects across multifamily housing, mixed-use commercial, K-12, higher education, and other institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion
Perform detailed structural analysis and design for various building types
Lead project coordination with architects, contractors, and clients
Review and oversee the work of junior engineers and designers
Conduct site visits and construction administration as needed
Ensure projects meet industry standards, building codes, and client expectations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
PE preferred or ability to obtain in the near future
Experience with structural systems for multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, or commercial buildings
Proficiency in structural analysis software and Revit/BIM
Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills
