Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
