Your Role:
Oversee facade restoration projects from planning through completion.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure excellence.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with NYC codes, including Local Law 11 (FISP).
Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in facade restoration and project management.
- Registered Architect/Professional Engineer License is ideal
Expertise in building envelope systems and structural restoration.
Strong knowledge of NYC construction regulations and Local Law 11.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
